WHY SELF HELP LAW?Justice In America Is A Legal Trap By A Dominant Lawyer Culture!Any society is a reflection of it's laws, the adjudication of those laws and the administration of those laws. That being the case, America is in trouble! America, the greatest nation on earth began with a simple legal document called the U.S. Constitution, designed to define and limit place of government and the rights of it's citizens. Even in our modern complex society that same document with a good selection of supplemental laws could still govern our nation very satisfactorily and at a cost of countless billions in savings to the taxpayers annually. Today we have a nation that resembles a giant law factory. American lawmakers (lawyers in the majority) are grinding out new laws every day of our existence. Many of these laws are needless and are destroying America! In our research, no federal or state government agency will even dare guess how many laws and bureaucratic rules are a matter of record, governing the American people today. We are smothered and strangled with laws that govern our every action and interaction with each other. Scores of these laws are special interest laws-harmful to most law-abiding citizens and favoring the law-breakers. An abundance of these laws serve no other purpose than to salve the egos of bureaucrats and act as a harassment tool to those who disagree with them. The majority of laws serve to further entrench the dominant lawyer culture in our society-forcing the masses to pay immoral fees to a lawyer, simply to open the doors for a marginal shot at equity and justice-which in most cases is little to none. Not a day passes in America without a great number of our citizens being victimized by outrageous laws, needless laws, special interest laws and needless bureaucratic rules that have the same force and effect as laws. If that is not enough, consider the blatant political persecution under the guise of judicial prosecution by some of the lawyer prosecutors, which engulf the lives of many of our citizens. A Constitutional Nightmare!Lawyers have spawned a judicial mentality gone wild and obsessed with passing new laws. That mentality looks at a given dispute and simply says, "we haven't found any law that has been broken yet...so we may have to pass one". Over the past 200 years we have permitted a dominant lawyer culture to evolve in a complete takeover of the American judicial system. The evolution of this culture has created an unconstitutional ruling class, placing the nation in a state of legal tyranny. Lawyers are the architects of our laws, they defend us in the laws, they administer the laws, they prosecute us in the laws, they judge us in the laws and they interpret the laws. Is this a constitutional conflict by all standards of constitional law? In the present system of lawyer dominated and self-regulated justice, litigants and the accused are powerless without lawyers and therein lies the problem. Certainly in criminal justice without defense lawyers, the lawyer (government) prosecutors would not have to justify their sometimes outrageous and perjurious conduct and the accused would be powerless at the mercy of the unlimited resources of the government. Unfortunately the evolutionary problem in a lawyer dominated and self regulated system of justice is not the vigorous defense of client's constitutional rights. Experience teaches us that the important question is what "new low" in professional ethics will ultimately be reached in prosecution and defense in the justice system? Self Representation Is The Answer!We have permitted our judicial system to be converted into a giant lawyer business opportunity both financial and political. The system now resembles a huge closed membership country club of lawyers, lawyer prosecutors and lawyer judges with the masses picking up the tab! Equity and justice has been subordinated to the lawyer political and financial opportunity, largely separated from an entangled legal web called the judicial system-left for the American public to cope with. Over 80% of low to middle income Americans cannot afford to pay a ransom to a lawyer to open the court house doors just to get a shot at justice. Over 200 major legal reform groups are working for legal justice reform nationwide. Until that reform becomes a reality, individual Americans must seize the offense and learn to represent themselves in their own personal legal affairs, even in court. Self representation is a constitutional right. Many generic procedures can be performed without the aid of a lawyer and at a great savings of time and money. No fault divorce, bankruptcy, will preparation, revocable trust, incorporation, private adoption, name change, probate causes, and many more legal procedures now are sold in kit form with complete step by step instructions and even software. You simply complete the forms and file them at the court of jurisdiction. There
are hundreds of great books, manuals, audio tapes,
reports and videos that assist in self help law. Take
one of these products, a little courage and
determination, a copy of the court rules and you can be
the captain of your own legal ship. The best reason for
self help law is financial. Remember when you use a
lawyer you have no guarantee of winning, the only
guarantee you have is that you will have to pay the
lawyer. When you represent yourself you have won already
financially, you don't have to pay the lawyer!
Every society is a mirrored reflection of it's laws and the judicial system that administers those laws! If that system is political, corrupt, self-serving, anti-constitutional then equity and justice for citizens becomes about as sure as a game of Russian roulette. Under the U.S. Constitution and Bill Of Rights, a legal system and it's laws should be a safety net for the innocent, a protection for law-abiding citizens, a shelter for the abused, a shield from big government and yes a place of retribution in favor of those who have been victimized. When a legal system becomes the abuser, disregarding constitutional rights and further victimizing those victims who are seeking a safe harbor, the reflection of laws in that society begins to turn ugly. That ugliness ripples through society and the fallout will have far reaching consequences. Watch out for vigilante justice and ultimate anarchy. If you accept the premise that a society is a mirrored reflection of it's laws and the administration of those laws, America is a nation in deep, deep trouble! The crisis reaches into every vital area of society including but not limited to constitutional, political, economic, financial, governmental, justice, social, moral and spiritual. There are many men and women who have chosen to be a lawyer and devoted their professional lives to equity and justice. These people are not the target of this report. There is a greater number of the lawyer fraternity however, who have different motives and have not been so noble. In fact, as a general culture and class, lawyers are destroying America, turning this nation and American justice into a financial and political self-serving game, grinding out victims by the millions annually and putting all Americans at great risk with a revolving door criminal justice system. Client benefit, true equity and justice has been and is being subordinated to the financial and political business opportunity concept by lawyers in America today. Equity and justice is for sale to the highest bidder. Because of lawyer monopoly of the legal services profession, many Americans cannot afford to pay the ransom demanded by the lawyer monopoly to buy a shot at justice. Because of the lawyer monopoly in the government lawmaking bodies, badly needed legal reform is totally absent. * 159,000,000 million personal and property crimes were committed against American citizens during a recent 13 year period, with a 26% clearance arrest record. (U.S. Justice Dept.) When that 26% was turned over to the judicial system, the percentages go down through plea bargains, back room political deals and God only knows what else. A sad commentary for the American criminal justice system. Direct and indirect cost of crime in America is now costing taxpayers a staggering $675 billion dollars annually. America leads the world in prison population. * America has the highest tort tax in the world that now exceeds $1500.00 for every man, woman and child. Yet tort reform is totally MIA in the national health care bill by lawyer Obama. We cannot be competitive in the international market place. Who pays that tort tax, none other than the American consumer. * We are the most litigious society on earth with over 95 million lawsuits filed annually at a cost exceeding $300 billion dollars effecting the gross national product. * Over 70% of low to middle income Americans can no longer afford the cost of justice in America. * We have two standards of justice, the "Model T" brand and the "Cadillac brand". Those who have money get the Cadillac brand and those who don't have money go on a fast track to prison or bankruptcy court. * Over 30 billion annually is extracted from the medical and insurance fields by lawyers looking to extort a settlement from the deep pockets in those professions. This drives up consumer prices for health care. * We have laws and rules stacked end to end which would fill up the super dome in New Orleans. Yet we have a legal mentality that looks at a given dispute and says "If we can't find any law that has been broken we may have to pass a new one". * We have a judicial system where politics, fraud, conspiracy, deception, perjury, dishonesty and obstruction of justice is the order of the day by the dominant lawyer culture that operate the system. This translates into a giant mirror for society that if it happens in the judicial system, you can get away with it in society. Is the judicial system teaching immorality on the face? Nobody is responsible, nobody is guilty, nobody is wrong, there is no real consequence for wrong doing as long as lawyers can profit from the issue.
